Clearance Items & Final Sale Policy
Please be aware that all items marked as clearance are considered final sale. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a clear defect or damage upon arrival.
If your clearance item arrives damaged, kindly reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or issue store credit to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
30-Day Return Policy for Full-Price Items
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased at full retail price. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the original purchase date. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Replacements for Clearance Items
While clearance items are not eligible for return or refund under typical circumstances, we understand that there may be occasional issues with sizing or color. In these cases, we are happy to offer a replacement, provided the correct size or color is available. If a replacement is not available, we will work with you to find the best possible resolution.
